A large group gathers for an illegal street race.

Max goes to Adam about the baggie with the unfamiliar stamp. Adam dispatches an enforcer to find out about it. Arch Holden is gently interrogated, and it's discovered that he was given the coke to sell and get the word out about a new dealer, and that he has a meeting to get more soon.
Adam and Max take this information to Mederos, where it's planned that Adam will go in place of Arch, and Max will go on every pickup for the time being.

Tomas' skimmer is discovered. He is arrested, soon released, and has not been seen since.
