Optional History ( though we encourage this! ):
Willow was born in Sydney Australia. Her father and mother spared no expense in offering their daughter opportunities. She attended the best school, the best dance instructors, and they encouraged her to follow her own dreams. Willow also had a natural inclination for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. This was never more obvious than when, at the age of sixteen, she was present during a store robbery. The following scuffle caused her to be stabbed in the side, collapsing her lung, and nearly killing her. She survived, obviously, but the incident changed her.
Willow abandoned her dreams of professional dance choosing to throw herself into study at her father’s side instead. She did not want to follow the family business of imports and exports, but she recognized her father had much to teach her. She learned the art of the deal from her father, as well as the importance of iron clad contracts, nerves of steel in negotiation, the value of paying attention and listening, and other traits that would lead her to do well in her own chosen path.
Events and planning of them was the challenge that Willow excelled at. The logistics involved in making sure everything went off without a hitch was exciting to her. It was a game, and all the pieces had to move at just the right time for everything to work out. Attention to detail was key. Willow worked in Sydney for a while, but the chance to move to Florida was not to be missed. She gained employment with an events planning firm, but quickly became their sought after coordinator. She made the right contacts to be able to provide just the right sort of party be it a biker bash or a congressional fundraiser. She also made some of the wrong connections, some might say, quickly falling into working with the Network. They paid well, they kept her safe, and she had no complaints. Life was good when you’re paid to party.
