The headquarters of the Network, a criminal organization of vast proportions. Dealing primarily with vices -- drugs, women, gambling, illegal goods -- they'll stop at nothing when it comes to maintaining the way they see things should be.

Marathon

Locals here are mostly in the know of the seedy underground of their town, but the Network keeps businesses booming and helps the community more than it hurts it. Some have ties or simply turn a blind eye to the violence. But they all can agree on one thing. This dark paradise will always be home.

Town: Teenage campers in the state park come across the burned hull of the boat, where it had stuck in the mangrove trees that grow out of the ocean floor. Further inspection uncovers the bodies inside, and authorities are called in to investigate. There are currently no identification on the boat, or the three burned bodies. Autopsies report is pending.
