Town: Just after eight am, US Coast Guards are seen towing a boat into Boot Key Harbor to the city marina. The boat is an easily recognizable one if you've spent any long length of time in Marathon. The white and green of the Spellbound, the main fishing boat for Valentine Charters was found abandoned just off the coast of St Croix in the US Virgin Islands, early reports state. Initial investigations by the Monroe County Sheriff's Dept have found that the owner of the Spellbound, Max Valentine, has been missing unreported for two weeks.

The Network: Word reached quickly to Mederors, and the Founders, about Valentine's boat, and that the man wasn't on it when it was found. Adam Byrne is called in, and after several hours in conference, Tomas Esteban is called to join them. Orders were made with explicit instructions that Tomas will now being taking on Valentine's role in the Network, supervising all departments that dealt with product. His crew will be divided as he saw fit, with some moving to the de la Cruz team, and the strongest moving into a Distributing position for the remaining numbers.
It was also announced to the new supervising team that their third would be arriving within the week.
Cameron Edmonds sends out a mass text to all current burner phone numbers for all members of the Network to let them know of the upper management changes, taking immediate effect.
Enforcers are told to stand down on the search for Max Valentine, and focus their efforts on overturning the new organization.
